We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager with at least 3 years experience working previously in any level of a supervisory role with a restaurant, although preferably in upper management.

This candidate will be hired to continue building the team culture and morale, and to grow with our expanding company.

The expectation is to work up to a 5-day work week. Quality of life is important to our team. There is room for growth into general and regional management opportunities, as the company continues to expand.

We prefer candidates with an ability to gain the respect of his/her peers, to lead by example, show appreciation and respect, hold people accountable, and ultimately make their superiors comfortable that the ship is sailing in the right direction under his/her leadership. This candidate must also have an interest in growing up the corporate ladder in the coming years.

Compensation listed in this ad includes a base salary, plus performance pay, plus bonus potential. There are also IRA matching benefits, health/vision/dental insurance options, and paid time off. With time and performance you will be elevated to salary and continue to grow overall compensation as you rise up the ladder! This position will be a stepping stone into the General Management position, potentially within a year from being fully trained.

Although an experienced individual is desired, continuous training will be available along the way.
