Nanny

Experienced nanny needed for a lovely family in Castle Rock.

The family has 4 super energetic and fun boys (ages 10, 9, 7 & 4) three of which are in school full-time. The 4yr. old goes to school 3 days a week in the mornings. The family is looking for someone who wants to grow with their family for the next ten years. The family provides the nanny with a vehicle to be used for all pick-ups, drop offs and any activity that may involve the boys. Ideal candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule with occasional evenings, weekends and overnights. Must have nanny experience with verifiable references. This is a full-time, salaried position with 40 hours /week guaranteed. The family is open to a Live-in position for the right candidate. Must be ok with the family dog.

Ideal Candidate:

 Will be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a minimum of 2 years’ recent professional nanny experience.

 Looking to grow with family for the next ten years.

 Typical schedule is flexible but guaranteed 40-50 hours a week. Salaried and two weeks PTO.

 The family will work to provide a two-week looks ahead schedule but remain flexible.

 Must be CPR and First Aid Certified.

 Strong organizational skills, ability to problem solve and be a team player.

 Will have proven integrity, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.

 Experience in creating fun and challenging activities for children.

 Must be able to work a variety of hours including days, nights, weekends and overnights.

 Will have strong nurturing skills, proactive “go getter” drive, unfailing patience, calm demeanor, encouragement mind-set, and take control/be in control attitude.

 As needed, attend family vacations where nanny expectations will be embraced abroad.

 Close proximity to Castle Rock preferred.

 Work closely with the House Manager day to day.

Responsibilities:

 Plan fun activities for children.

 Be on time if not early.

 Be available for a variety of hours.

 Follow house rules.

 Help kids with homework/reading.

 Help to prepare meals.

 Help to set/clear the table for meals.

 Help to fill and empty dishwasher.

 Have fun with children who have screen-limited time.

 Keep toys and home tidy while in the home.

 Bring ideas on crafting projects and activities.

 The kid’s laundry and bedding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
