Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Continually source new sales opportunities: Proactively seek out and cultivate new sales opportunities through targeted prospecting efforts, networking, and strategic outreach initiatives.
· Manage time efficiently and meet sales goals: Prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating a results-driven approach to achieving success.
· Maintain and expand the database of prospects: Regularly update and expand the prospect database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to support targeted marketing and sales efforts.
· Attend sales and company meetings: Participate actively to stay informed about company updates, market trends, and sales strategies, contributing insights and ideas to drive continuous improvement.
· Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all business dealings, fostering customer trust and loyalty while enhancing the builder's reputation.
· Develop and maintain rapport with customers and internal and external team members: Foster positive relationships with prospective customers, real estate professionals, and internal team members, cultivating trust and collaboration to support mutual success.
· Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining integrity and consistency in all business practices.
· Effectively communicate the builder’s brand and value proposition: Articulate the unique value proposition, product vision, and capabilities of the builder to potential customers, ensuring clear understanding and differentiation in the market.
· Network and perform outreach to realtors: Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals through networking events, outreach efforts, and ongoing communication to drive referral business.
· Create and keep current Competitor Market Analysis: Understand competitors and what differentiates our product from theirs in price and value.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the home building industry, with at least two years in a lead sales role.
- Associate's degree or two years of related experience.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with MARKs or Lasso CRM systems is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Growth mindset with the ability to adapt and adjust for optimum results.
