Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day clinical and nursing operations of the facility
- Establishes clinical direction for nursing care delivery, provides clinical supervision and maintains quality outcomes
- Supervises all aspects of personnel management and development
- Maintains adherence to regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- RN or LPN licensed in the State of Ohio
- Previous experience in Long Term Care management
Hours: Monday - Friday and on call every 3-4 weekends.
