Office Manager -Construction Services
Job Description and Requirements:
We have an immediate opening for an Office manager looking for a great opportunity.
This position reports to the President and Controller and provides administrative support to all departments along with day to day book-keeping
The Office Manager will draft and prepare correspondence and reports, open and sort mail and packages, maintain files, basic bookkeeping including invoice processing, verifying invoices for accuracy, and ensuring proper approval is done, printing and mailing checks.
· Basic Accounting-including month end close.
· Invoicing and revenue billings
· Bank reconciliation and treasury
· Reconciliation of Intercompany balances and processing
· Basic HR function and on-boarding
· Accounts Payable Processing and Reconciliation
· AR-Collections
· Minor Purchasing and office support
· Processing Construction Liens and releases through the Company’s third-party service
Additionally, this role will review timekeeping, submit payroll for approval, oversee personal files, review expense reports, and submit for approval, protect confidentially of employees and company business and any task assigned by the Management.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in related field (accounting, business, or finance), excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, are dependability, experienced and professional.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
