Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Funder to join our team. As a Funder, your duties will include but are not limited to:

Reviewing closing documents

Obtaining and reviewing lender’s wires and checks

Obtaining documentation required for funding

Communicating with agents, realtors, investors and sellers

Posting funds in Qualia

Confirm compliance with title opinion requirements

Cut all checks

Prepare and mail out payoffs, and/or wire out of payoffs

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a real estate closer
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reviewing documents and performing calculations
- Excellent communication skills
