What you will be doing:
You will support the administrative staff, approach all encounters with residents, guests, visitors, and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner. You will be responsible for basic accounting, cash handling. administrative functions, recordkeeping, communications with others, and other activities as assigned.
The qualified candidate will have:
A friendly/outgoing personality, exceptional phone skills, demonstration of attention to detail and interact in a positive manner. Knowledge of general accounting a plus and Intermediate MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills are required. You also must be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, and patience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
