We are currently looking to add recruiters to our expanding team in the Miami County area! The available position is scheduled 8a to 5p, Monday through Friday. Previous experience in the recruiting industry is not required - we will train you!
JOB SUMMARY:
The Employment Coordinator is responsible for order management, inside sales, excellent customer service and general office duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist applicants with the application process.
- Complete pre-employment screenings with applicants to determine the applicant’s qualifications and skill sets in order to match them with customers.
- Select candidates for job assignment and make formal job offers to candidates to fill customer requisitions.
- Maintain effective and professional communications with customers daily.
- Manage the onboarding process of new external employees and qualifying employees for eligibility to work.
- Demonstrate effective listening skills and communication skills.
- Resolve employee/customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage payroll processes, resolve any payroll issues in a timely manner.
- Manage current customer requisitions on company website.
- Dispatch qualified candidates to customers to reach employee assignment goals.
- Provide account management services to customers, including selecting qualified candidates, creating and maintaining client job orders, evaluating candidates and resolving customer/candidate issues and questions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate daily productivity reports.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform office support including organizing and maintaining branch filing system and operation of all office equipment.
- Follow-up with candidates/onboarded employees in a timely manner.
- Build rapport with previous, current and new employees to grow business.
- Meet established performance goals, including individual and branch level goals.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) or more years of customer service experience.
- Previous recruiting or hiring experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
- Previous experience in professional environment preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Required to talk, hear and read with close vision.
- Often required to sit and use hands and fingers, to handle or feel and to manipulate keys on a keyboard.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Local travel may be required.
