Regional Logistics Manager
This role is designed for a very motivated individual ready to lead an operations team within a region to success. The Regional Logistics Manager will ensure company expectations, procedures, and goals are met or exceeded, including meeting delivery and financial goals.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations with strong emphasis on service and financial objectives to achieve consistent performance levels
- Meet and exceed client and company requirements
- Seek to exceed budget expectations
- Frequently visit sites within your region
- Lead, coach, evaluate and mentor direct reports
- Participate in interviewing and hiring personnel
- Participate in recruiting Independent Contractors
- Ensure site leads are equipped with tools needed to recruit, network, and mentor Independent Contractors
- Ensure proper and effective training within the region
- Review and address client concerns
- Monitor costs, productivity, and capacity with goal of improving results
- Monitor weekly reports to ensure financial objectives are being met
- Ensure operation is compliant with DOT and OSHA requirements
Position Requirements
- Experience with white glove delivery
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Up to 80% travel
- Open availability
- Experience Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make impactful decisions independently
- Innovative and creative problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking and provide thorough follow-ups
- Ability to create and analyze statistical reports and financial statements

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
