Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee the operations of multiple diesel repair facilities within a designated region.

· Manage and mentor shop managers and their teams to ensure high-quality performance and customer service.

· Develop and implement business strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

· Monitor and manage budgetary and financial aspects of the region, including expenses, other income, revenue, and profit margins.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and industry regulations.

· Collaborate with senior management to establish performance goals and strategies for continuous improvement.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and vendors.

· Identify and address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

· Analyze performance metrics and operational data to make informed decisions and drive results.

· Represent the organization professionally and ethically in all interactions and activities.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

· Preferred bachelor’s degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

· Extensive experience in trailer repair/maintenance, diesel mechanics, automotive service, or a relevant industry.

· Proven track record of successful leadership and management in a similar capacity.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.

·Excellent communication abilities for internal coordination and external relationship building.

· Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.

·In-depth understanding of diesel engine systems and maintenance procedures.

·Knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry compliance requirements.

·Strategic thinking to develop and execute business plans and operational strategies.

·Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and drive performance improvements.

· Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

· This position requires 70% travelling throughout your designated region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
