RMV Registry Clerk / Re cap Deals /

High volume office Automotive Dealership seeks RMV Registry Clerk with an active certification

The job will be but not limited to; RMV registry processing and out of state registry. Accounting office duties include finalizing deals, swaps, auctions, and other clerical processes.

• Processes RMV and out of state title work according to the state guidelines
• Processes sales tax abatements when necessary
• Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder is listed before processing title applications.
• Checks for accuracy in the Title and Registration Application and ensures that all information is complete.
• Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the office manager weekly
• Prepares paperwork & titles for Auctions every other week
• Prepare paperwork for incoming and outgoing swaps
• Cap and Finalized customer deals in the system daily
• The input of after-sale product contracts
• insuring customer accounts are paid in full according to purchase of sale invoices
• processing warranty and product cancellations and posting to accounts receivable
• cleaning and maintaining schedules

Required Experience:

• CVR Certification Required and active
• CDK experience a plus
• Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm

Must have a positive attitude to work in a team environment. If you are not a team player do not apply

Must have valid drivers license.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
