Safety Coordinator
Keep and maintain OSHA 300 logs
File E-logs with OSHA
Receive and follow up on accident/incident reports – maintain tracking based all applicable lagging indicators (root cause analysis, preventive actions, etc.)
Inspect and control trailer assignment
Perform in person weekly toolbox talks in the shop and DC north location
Perform equipment safety evaluation
Perform JHA
Perform field safety inspections when jobs are in a reasonable distance from the main office
Perform monthly equipment inspection of climbers
Perform monthly walk-through inspection of the shop, office, and DC north locations
Perform monthly ladder inspections
Control issuance, retirement, and disposal of safety equipment
Assist in climber qualification training
Maintain the company SDS program
Keep files for all equipment inspections and certifications
Act as local environmental resource for material disposal, spill prevention, material clean up, etc.
Assist in employee training at local level concerning equipment usage, safe work methods, and other topics as required.
Assist the Safety Director with other projects and assignments as required
