Responsibilities:
- Promote company mission and values and maintain positive and constructive working relationships with all departments
- Answer company-related work inquiries promptly
- Ensure open availability and accessibility to customers, sales team, and direct supervisors when necessary (including nights and weekends)
- Maintain and promote the company policies, procedures, and selling system
- Complete presentations on company-generated leads and maintain personal sales volume and minimum performance standards
- Create a motivational sales environment to improve sales skills continually
- Work with the Director of Sales on productive sales meetings with no less than two a month (preferably one a week, depending on lead volume)
- Run sales leads
Hiring/Training:
- Coach, train, and develop Sales Reps to exceed sales goals
- Assist in creating and maintaining a motivational sales environment to improve sales skills continually
- Train new incoming Sales Reps in company policies, procedures, and selling system and answer questions for existing Sales reps
- Instruct, demonstrate, observe, and critique salespeople in the methodology
- Provide guidance and discipline to underperforming reps
- Coordinate in-field observations with new or underperforming direct sellers to shadow Sales Manager and reinforce proper selling techniques
- Provide feedback to salespersons on issues with paperwork or pricing.
- Provide one on one coaching and goal-setting sessions with each Sales Rep
- Provide in-field evaluations and reports of the Outside Sales Consultants at least once per month per rep
- Hold Sales Reps accountable for using the company selling system and achieving goals
- Increase Leadership pipeline and develop leaders
- Work with internal clients on any training issues
- Self develop; continue education as it relates to sales, sales management, human resources, etc
Administrative:
- Review all sales for proper pricing and adherence to guidelines and provide feedback
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM software to maintain accurate customer records on all assigned sales files
- Compile and write reports when necessary
- Pull and review reports from CRM
- Successfully and accurately complete all personal paperwork
- Maintain appraisals, evaluations, discussions, coaching conversations, earnings, commitments, etc
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
