Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities and Duties
Marketing:
- Outreach/Channels/Effective Campaigns
Define the Selling & Proposal Process
- Client/Project Intake Method
- Streamlined Product Mix in Proposal Templates
- Accuracy and Profitability of Proposals
- Use of Required CRM & Proposal Software
Manage The Sales Team
- Lead, Manage, Accountability for a Team of 4 Professionals
- Following Processes & Procedures
- Using CRM & Updating Sales Pipeline
- Roll-Up Sales Forecasting Across Team
- Meeting or Exceeding Quota
Assist The Sales Team
- Client Interface as Necessary
- Cover for Members during PTO/Absence
Collaborate With Other Teams
- Engineering: System Standards, Chosen Products, Product Database
- Logistics: Vendors, Product Availability, Use of Existing Inventory
- Accounting: Impact of Department Actions in Finance
Job Qualifications
- 5yrs of Sales Team Management (Not just sales!)
- Experience with Consumer Electronics a Plus!
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, ConnectWise a Plus!

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
