We have found there are industries that transfer well so if you are looking to graduate from car sales, phone sales, alarm systems, pest control, or other related industries, we are interested.
As a part of our sales team, you will:
- ️Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims
- ️Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
- ️Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership
- ️Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily
Things you have:
- ️Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- ️Ability to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success
- ️Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction
- ️No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided
- ️Prior customer service experience is encouraged
- ️Valid Driver's License and comfortable on a residential roof
