Summary: As the Head of Sales, you'll be instrumental in building and leading a high-performance sales team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll set the standard for excellence while actively driving sales activities. We're seeking a leader with a proven track record in solar or energy efficiency sales, particularly within our target customer segments in the Los Angeles market.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a top-tier sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting multi-family, hospitality, and track home builder customers.
  • Lead by example, actively engaging in sales activities and leveraging relationships to drive revenue.
  • Cultivate channel partnerships to expand our reach within the market.
  • Maintain a robust customer pipeline, accelerating sales cycles with past successes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance scalability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on solar or energy efficiency.
  • Proven success in building and leading sales teams, preferably in EV charging or related industries.
  • Strong network and understanding of the Los Angeles market.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for results.

Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 with OTE $500,000
