Service Advisor

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Service Writer (Service Advisor). We are looking for EXPERIENCED, CAREER-MINDED individuals ONLY! Previous dealership experience is REQUIRED preferably Import Experience! We are offering top pay and a comprehensive benefits package!

Responsibilities include the following:

· Perform some duties of an experienced service advisor

· Interact with Sales Department to ensure new and pre-owned vehicles are serviced properly and made available to sell

· Provide estimate repairs to customers

· Communicate with customers regarding appointments, repairs, scheduled maintenance, etc.

· Provide assistance and support to the service manager

· Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

· Maintain an organized, clean work area

Job requirements include the following:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be punctual
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent knowledge of luxury import automotive repair and maintenance
• Ability to learn new technology and service techniques & procedures
• Must be a helpful “team player”
