Job Responsibilities
- Has an active presence on the sales floor. Engaging customers and ensuring repeated patronage.
- Can schedule efficiently.
- Willing to mentor and train new and continuing employees.
- Can be flexible according to the business' operational needs.
- Collaborating with the management team to accomplish administrative tasks, such as payroll, inventory, and supplies.
Requirements
- Restaurant management experience.
- Ability to foster a positive relationships between FOH and BOH.
- Drive excellence and standards with safety, food, beverage, and guests
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Food handler license strongly recommended
Compensation/Scheduling
- Monday/Tuesday and Saturday doubles.
- Shift meals included.
- Bonus incentives based on business profitability.
- Room for growth.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
