We are hiring a Staffing Manager to lead our Lowell, MA team.
The Staffing Manager will coach and train recruiters to ensure that the recruitment process is consistent and reflects best practices, current legislation, and brand values. The Staffing Manager is a motivated team player who understands the big picture while simultaneously outlining the steps needed to achieve the desired outcome. In addition, the Staffing Manager is responsible for developing and establishing an effective recruitment strategy using behavioral interviewing and sound judgment.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience, preferably in Recruitment
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other relevant fields
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced/changing environment.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Bilingual is a plus
