JOB SUMMARY
The STAFFING SPECIALIST uses established policies and procedures to coordinate and supervise all staffing/sales activities to ensure quality service to all clients and field employees.
EDUCATION: College degree in business related field desired.
EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in developing and maintaining medical staffing business accounts and territories. Knowledge of Microsoft office is must. Experience with temporary staffing and knowledge of Hireology onboarding and variety if staffing portals is preferred.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruits, interviews, hires, enters employees’ data in corporate and franchise systems and ensures all credentials are in place in the timely manner.
2. Markets newly hired HCAs to prospective and existing clients.
3. Manage HCA credentialing process. Check expired credentials on the weekly basis and contact HCA to obtain required paperwork. Submit HCA credentials to clients copying Licensee upon client request.
4. Ensures that appropriate and updated HCA comments are entered into ATC's staffing software, including DNR status, etc.
5. Responds to and effectively deals with client and HCA complaints and problems. Document complaints and problems in HCA’s files.
6. Coordinates recruitment activities. Post ads on social media and recruiting site.
7. Ensures all quality assurance incidents are accurately reported and coordinated with the Director of QI/Risk Management.
8. Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards employees and clients
9. Assumes public relations role by building and maintaining relationships with clients and HCAs.
10. Responsible for monthly after hours and weekend staffing activity including:
· Manage HCA’s attendance
· Manage emergency staffing needs
· Address HCA’s call off with clients and proactively attempt to refill assignments
11. Obtains client needs and competitor information from HCAs and other sources; shares information with Licensee to assist with sales and marketing strategies.
12. Monitors daily office activities to ensure they are effective and efficient; ensures operations are in place to provide quality service.
13. Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the Licensee.
14. Maintains and increases existing client base through field visits and phone calls.
15. Maintains and increases existing client base through field visits, phone calls, research, social media and direct mail.
16. Meets minimum performance requirements.

Pay: $41,345.00 - $45,700.00 per year
