Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) Is the first point of contact for future company employees. The TAC Is a brand ambassador to The company values and culture, requiring the TAC to be professional, kind, and a team player. The TAC leads the talent acquisition efforts In collaboration with hiring managers. TAC reports directly Into the Associate Director of Human Resources. TAC collaborates with the HR Team on administrative projects, orientations, and Initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain job postings on LinkedIn, really, Careers, and other platforms
- Screen and select candidates from applicant pools. Collaborate with hiring managers on screening and Interview process
- Provide recruiting and Interview support to hiring managers. Generate interview guides and resources for hiring teams
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with hiring managers. Learn and understand the team dynamics by location to better curate candidate selection
- Generate weekly status reports capturing varying metrics of talent acquisition, retention, and turnover
- Generate LinkedIn content for recruiting and retention strategies
- Draft and retain candidate offer letters and templates
- Create and update company Job Descriptions
- Provide support with data & project management
- Support with employee engagement Initiatives
- Draft policies, learning resources, and general materials at the direction of the Associate Director of Human Resources
- Co-lead New Hire Orientations alongside HR Team
Experience & Competencies
- 1-3 years of human resources, recruiting, or related field experience
- 1 year of high volume recruiting required
- Preferred experience with retail or luxury retail
- Understanding of EEOC hiring guidelines
- Strong experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Office Calendar
- Ability to manage high traffic Inbox and multiple threads
- Proficient In reporting, tracking, and logging data
- Excellent written communication skills
- Familiar with ATS tools and/or resume screening
- Experience with ADP or HRIS system
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Thrives In a forward-thinking environment
- Excellent people skills, high emotional Intelligence
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely – access to safe & secure WIFI and working space
- Ability to work in south beach location during pre-scheduled days
- Comfortable working In a small company size (< 250 employees)
- Fluent in English (Required), Spanish & French Fluency (Welcomed)
Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of leadership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
