Seeking to add a TPA Claims Manager to our team! Will be responsible for managing and leading a team for a large carrier client.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and lead team
- Handles escalated matters as needed
- Responsible for interviewing and hiring staff
- Continuous rapport with client representatives to ensure quality of service is being met
Education and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have 3-5 years of experience managing a team
- Must have 5 years of property (residential) claim experience
