Unit Nurse Manager (RN)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- manages overall care management of patients within the unit
- assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing practices in accordance with state policies and regulatory compliance
- manages resource utilization
- maintains interdisciplinary communication between staff and patients
Requirements:
- Must possess, a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Must have, as a minimum, one year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
- Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
