We are a Confidential Dealer in the Tri State Area that has 350 Cars in stock, and we are in need of a Used Car Manager!
The Ideal Candidate is an experienced Assistant Sales Manager who is a Leader and who knows how to train, and coach the sales floor on a day to day, based on the demand of a growing dealership staff! We are looking for someone who is looking for a growth opportunity! We are willing to train, as long as you bring the hustle!
We pay salary plus bonus up to $120,000 a year .
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct cold calls and follow up with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including test drives, negotiations, and vehicle delivery
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the dealership's inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate financing options, trade-in values, and monthly payments
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related paperwork and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom to create an inviting environment for customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in luxury automotive sales or a related field is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills to perform calculations related to pricing, financing, and discounts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
