What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Confidential?
Large veterinary practice looking for an energetic, self-starting individual to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate should be superior at client communication, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be compassionate about working with clients and their pets, work well with others, and provide support to other team members. Candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments and procedures, facilitate communication between clients, doctors and staff, as well as performing various administrative duties.
