Warehouse Manager
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager who is looking for a career with growth and opportunity in the New Bedford, Massachusetts area. Our Warehouse Manager will maintain a high level of accuracy for daily activities in a multi-function warehouse and fulfillment center. Lead and develop the warehouse team to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Develop, oversee, participate, and manage all customer service communications. Develop and manage all floor layout and storage operations. Document daily warehouse activities. Work with a team of company leaders to develop and maintain company culture and guidelines, customer service records, marketing campaigns and all other assigned projects to ensure company growth and development. Consistently adhere to and demonstrate company values, objectives, and safety rules. This important position reports directly to the President.
Skills and Experience Required
· Understanding Warehouse Management, Operations experience, Flexibility.
· High school graduate (or equivalent) required
· Some college or four years of business experience preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Warehouse management operations and computer systems expertise required
· Customer Service experience required
· Ability to coach a mentor team, exceptional people management skills
