Job Description:
Peoplesoft Payroll Module is critical for both roles!
1. Disaster preparation project (if all of our network is down) to include outage, recovery and reconciliation.
OCI implementation (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) – they have a high level solution design in place, Web server, Oracle DB, and app server.

PeopleSoft Expertise with a focus Payroll, Configuration expert with excellent oral and written communication skills
What can we do (hypothetically) in an instance when the network goes down – testing/solutioning a 4-6 week window.
(Phase 1) Full testing of core payroll on OCI. This includes ACH, garnishments, check printing…etc.
(Phase 2) Recovery activity (to a test environment)
(Phase 3) Reconciliation in a test environment
For both roles: Payroll configuration expert in lieu of OCI if we can’t find it.
Techno-Functional experience – Not writing programs, but must be able to understand.
Writing a specification that IT can understand – Coding is mostly done on the KPIT side.
Must be able to document their needs of IT.
Testing experience is critical (referenced above).
2. Backfill/Manage production support activities current Manager (custom time and labor and “mostly” delivered North American payroll)
Timeline for the disaster project is very aggressive with deadline for all phases by the end of this year.
Ideal candidate is someone who is a Peoplesoft payroll configuration expert with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be well versed in assessing customizations, processes, and roadblocks and recommending streamlined solutions with long term sustainability.
