Account and Client Management:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, varying in size.
- Serve as the primary contact between the client’s team and Congruent’s teams, anticipating and proactively addressing the needs of both.
- Ensure flawless execution of client projects.
- Maintain relationships with key individuals at all levels of client organizations.
- Create and develop account plans, leading weekly account reviews with the team.
- Drive account planning through strategic thinking.
- Contribute to improving agency standards (documentation, strategies, processes) to establish best practices.
Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the Digital Strategy team to conceptualize, plan, launch, and actively manage multichannel marketing and digital advertising campaigns.
- Report campaign results to internal leadership and client contacts.
- Provide data-driven insights to colleagues in other departments.
- Autonomously optimize and report on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Negotiate, purchase, and place ads on traditional platforms under the direction of the Account Director and COO (training provided).
- Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and other metrics for insights to enhance ad placements.
- Utilize UTM tags and Analytics data for campaign-specific performance reporting.
- Develop reports and present recommendations to clients.
- Conduct market and audience research to contribute to strategy development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by a leader.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, media, or a related field.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Meta, Google/Microsoft Search, Google Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
- Experience in email marketing across various platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices and social media management.
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising/Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation/public speaking abilities.
- Independent and self-directed while being a team player.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Google Workspace, and/or Apple iWork tools.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations.
- Data-minded with the ability to generate reports and presentations.
- Experience in data analysis, interpreting campaign metrics, and generating actionable insights.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Clear and concise communication and presentation of complex data.
