Description
Conifer Park is seeking a Facility & Maintenance Manager for the inpatient facility in Glenville, which operates on a 24/7/365 basis. The Facility & Maintenance Manager is responsible for the oversight of the Maintenance Staff and department while operating within budgetary goals. The Facility & Maintenance Manager will provide oversight to outside contractors, maintenance work order system and functions as the facility Safety Officer. Additional responsibilities include ordering supplies and equipment, maintaining sufficient inventory of parts, tools and equipment, and assists in budget and staffing plan for the department. The Facility & Maintenance Manager will directly supervise the maintenance staff, including time record review, and performance management.
Requirements
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience managing a large facility, or an Associate's Degree with 4 years relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years relevant experience. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in supervision of others in a maintenance capacity. Ability to effectively present information in a one on one and small group situation to outside contractors, clients and other employees. Computer experience required, including Microsoft Office and Maintenance Work Order Systems.
