Are you seeking an opportunity for growth and the ability to lead operations for a vibrant regionally based SUD provider? Conifer Park, an Employee Owned company, is offering a leadership opportunity as a Clinic Director with oversight of our combined Outpatient Chemical Dependence Clinic located in Troy, NY.
This position will participate in the program operations, establish goals and objectives, participate in budget and financial goals; including monitoring and revising these as necessary. This position will work collaboratively with the entire interdisciplinary team to achieve the Clinics objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- QHP License/Certification required
- Minimum of 1 years supervisory experience
- Minimum of 3 years' clinical experience in SUD, OMH or OTP
- Post Graduate Degree (preferred)
- CPR Certification within six month of hire
This position will supervise approximately 20 employees; supporting the growth of the clinical staff through ongoing supervision and training. Align staff to their appropriate scope of work, provide ongoing monitoring to ensure clinical integrity along with strong, consistent compliance around evidence based standards to meet the deliverables of the Clinic. The position will work closely with external partners, build community relationships and work collaboratively with regional staff.
