Pay Structure

• First 30 days: Enjoy a guaranteed hourly wage combined with commission earnings and personalized training for your success.
• After 30 days: Your earnings will be determined by the method that rewards you more generously, whether it's the reliable hourly wage or the potential for uncapped commission. Your Role

Imagine being the friendly face that helps customers explore a wide range of home essentials. As a Sales Associate, you'll excel at providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their buying journey. You'll become an expert in our diverse product categories and financing services, offering creative solutions to meet each customer's unique needs.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a retail store environment.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, packing, and lifting boxes for shipment, handling inventory, and utilizing tech equipment and computers.
• Efficiently and safely handle and move merchandise, including lifting or moving items weighing up to 40 pounds or more.
