100Plus is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager focused on growing demand and revenue. The business is growing rapidly, and this role is critical in transforming our go-to-market strategy and scaling the business into new and existing online and offline channels.
In this role, you will support driving marketing programs to help meet revenue goals for business. This role requires broad marketing experience and execution such as developing email programs, digital marketing channel planning and forecasting, digital campaign strategy, marketing coordination, and project management. You will oversee the end-to-end campaign performance, strategizing the optimal promotion and channel mix to help ensure consistent and quality leads and optimal conversion rates.
You are an individual who lives and breathes all things digital marketing, data analytics, and are self-driven and passionate about the opportunity a growing company presents. Ideally, you have proven experience in working closely with marketing and sales teams to generate pipeline revenue. You are a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and is comfortable voicing new ideas and working across key functions, including product, IT and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Own the implementation, and operations of a multi-channel digital marketing program to deliver revenue goals. You will ensure the programs will impact and deliver revenue growth of the company.
- Develop compelling digital marketing campaigns and identify areas of optimization to successfully engage users through the buyer’s journey (awareness, consideration, decision)
- Lead and actively drive the digital marketing strategy with demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratio
- Optimization mindset- set up campaign optimizations for programs and input into site and landing page A/B testing to drive campaign KPI’s
- Partner closely with individuals and teams across the organization
- Oversee campaign budget, KPIs, and marketing investment decisions
- Report on progress and metrics for campaigns such as web conversion rates, ROI, and other digital engagement and conversion metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Experience managing, targeting, executing, and measuring lead generation marketing programs
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing strategy across multiple paid and organic channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Display, social media, Email, and other areas
- Experience developing effective inbound/content marketing strategies including podcasts, webinars, infographics, blogs, video, mobile and social media
- Experience with database segmentation, list management, and maintaining marketing contact database health
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Have a holistic and collaborative approach, bringing people together to meet a common goal
- Solid excel skills with pivot tables and reporting
- Experience using Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and familiarity with using LOOKER and other data visualization tools
- Must be a driven self-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” service-oriented attitude

Location
- Flexible, but prefer San Francisco; Philadelphia; Framingham, MA.
- Will consider remote, but occasional travel may be required
