STAFF ACCOUNTANT JOB DUTIES:
- Review supplier rebate log and tables for program accuracy
- Complete designated month-end tasks
- Assist with month end and journal entries
- Ensure credits are received for assigned supplier programs based on contract terms
- Reconcile accounts
- Evaluate Rebate Deduction Rates
- Complete Chaining Analysis
- Develop a file to keep track of each supplier program and any issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
