- Negotiate and maintain transportation rates with accounts
- Create solutions to support current strategy
- Research new prospects, create leads, and build new relationships with future business
- Ensure that specific customer load requirements are met
- Resolve problems, identify issues, and identify solutions to determine the best course of action
- Strong communication and ability to build relationships
- Ability to multitask
- Open to recent grads or experience with supply chain
