What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event/ Customer Service Trainee position at Connect?
We are dedicated to supporting both our non-profit partners and our associates. We are currently looking for an outgoing creative thinker to fill an opening on our Events team! As an Event/Customer Service Trainee, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience for our clients and their valued customers. You will serve as the front-line representative, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with various customer-related tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries during our in person community based events
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients initiatives to effectively engage customers and generation revenue for our clients
- Actively listen to customer feedback and gather insights on common pain points or areas of improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience for customers and maximize revenue generation
- Continuously identify and propose process improvements to enhance customer experience, streamline support operations, and increase efficiency.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month
