- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada
- Certification in Maternal-Child Health Nursing (preferred)

- Proven 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Provide visionary leadership to the Women’s & Children’s Services team
- Foster a collaborative and patient-centered care environment
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
