Job Description:
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including scheduling, workload management, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that nursing staff provide compassionate, safe, and effective care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with previous management or leadership experience preferred.
