We are looking for the right Front Desk Receptionist to join us at Connection Drywall, Inc., a provider of quality service to the construction industry. As a member of the administrative team, you will appreciate the collaborative efforts of both the administrative and operations staff.
The Front Desk Receptionist's duties include:
- Manage workflow of assigned tasks by management daily, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly
- Maintain work area clean and free of debris
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- Pick up and deliver the mail
- Respond to public inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and Integrity with company files and records.
- Provide administrative and managerial support as necessary
We Require the following minimum qualifications:
- Must be able to pass background check
- Have good typing skills
- Have some knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel
- A minimum of three years prior experience, or
- A high school Diploma
- Construction environment is a plus.
