What are the responsibilities and job description for the PC Technician position at Connection, Inc.?
Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our technical staffing division in Blue Bell, PA. We are looking for a SR Deployment Technician who has experience setting up workstations, imaging desktops and is capable of overseeing a large scale refresh. This is a full time contract (3 months) with opportunities for overtime in a leading healthcare organization.
Shift: M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm with opportunities for occasional OT; work is ONSITE.

Job Duties:
- Use company online system to keep track of assets and inventory.
- Migrate and deploy Windows 10 machines and lead in troubleshooting issues.
- Able to troubleshoot desktops and basic network infrastructure.
- Responsible for unboxing, setting up and putting back in the box (lifting up to 50 lbs max)
- Provide overall project coordination and organization.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience doing Windows 10 deployments / migrations.
- Project management / support experience a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft In-Tune for deployment a plus.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on servers, network equipment when necessary.
- Strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license
- Provide hands on and remote deployment support.
- Experience troubleshooting on Windows 10 / Office 2013/16 preferred.
- Certifications are a plus.
