This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our audience across multiple platforms.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Design and oversee all aspects of our email marketing campaigns, including market segmentation and analytics.
- Coordinate production of all print marketing materials, including signs, business cards, and brochures.
- Manage the creation and distribution of company apparel, as well as oversee advertising efforts including billboards, radio, and print mediums such as newspapers and magazines.
- Update and maintain the company's website in collaboration with the SEO Manager to ensure content is current, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Manage and coordinate all company-sponsored events and partnerships.
- Conduct photography and videography sessions, including editing, to produce high-quality content for various marketing channels.
- Oversee our online shops on Etsy, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring products are presented attractively and accurately.
- Create and produce design and copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
- Experience with email marketing, including familiarity with email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of print marketing materials and production processes.
- Knowledge of advertising across various media, including digital, billboard, radio, and print.
- Proficient in content management systems.
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
- Ability to design creative and engaging marketing materials.
- Excellent copywriting skills with attention to brand voice.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
