Office Manager:
Provide primary administration functions, serving as the liaison between the Portland team and the HR department in the Milford, MA office. Attend weekly meetings with Milford Office to stay in sync with company updates, news, etc. Plan any internal and external company events and community involvement. Provide administrative support in the areas of Business Development, Project Management, Estimating, Marketing and Ops Plan Updates. Coordinate calendars and schedule meeting for Portland Executives.
