Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Supervisor of Corporate Sales will drive Sales Strategy and Execution for the ASPIRA Corporate Sales department, delivering significant profitable growth while assuring a leading, luxury consumer experience that aligns with each brands identity. This includes partnering across the organization to develop provocative and profitable Corporate Gifting Offerings and effective cross channel marketing programs to promote them. This person will have excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders throughout the organization. This person will be highly motivated to create meaningful ongoing corporate relationships that drive continuous value for our Corporate Sales department. This person will be passionate about delivering the best experience possible for our Corporate Clients. This role will be supported by a five Corporate Sales Associates and will have a budget for Temporary help as needed.
Key Accountabilities

Develops and executes strategic business plans to drive sales and profits of the corporate sales department.

Manages and motivates a team of Sales Associates and manages a temp headcount budget for peaks and valleys.

Implements industry best practices to maximize corporate sales and Gifting business.

Retains and increases lifetime value of existing gifting consumers and corporate partners through engagement, consistent follow-up, and outstanding service.

Tracks inventory availability and is proactive in creating offers based on available inventory.

Has a strong knowledge of products available as well us upcoming new product developments and initiatives that can be tie ins for B2B initiatives.

Works with Hospitality, Brand Marketing, and DTC Creative teams to create Gifting specific e-mails, marketing materials, and exclusive packages that wow our corporate clients.

Uses data insights, experience, and feedback to develop strategic offerings that drive increased revenue.

Regularly reports progress and business growth using relevant metrics and adapts strategy to enhance future growth

Manages flawless execution of corporate shipments and other recurring shipments.

Provides forecast for future corporate gifting business

Owns shipment orders, billing, and information collection from clients

Works with Concierge, Customer service team, and Compliance team to address any compliance issues for shipments.

Works with E-commerce and Web team to ensure offerings are updated and communicated effectively.

Continuously strategizes and develop best in class offerings.

Is willing and able to host both in person and virtual wine tastings for clients as required by the business.

Minimum Qualifications
-
At least 3 years’ experience in Sales Management in the wine business (or equivalent) desired; exceptional, similar experience from outside the wine business welcome.

Proficient PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with Shopify a plus

Experience Managing Others.

Experience working in a CRM database

Physical Requirements/Other

The salary range for this role is:
$62,600.00 - $132,600.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
