Part time Fleet Assistant– Monday – Friday 8-12PM
Consultant Engineering, Inc. (CEI) is the largest, locally owned consulting engineering and construction management firm in Arizona. We provide quality services to clients throughout the Southwest.
Assist the Fleet Manager/Fleet Coordinator with scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed. Coordinate shuttling of vehicles to and from corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with vehicles readiness: Handle spare keys, add documentation or items to vehicle, assign tag
- Assist with the preparation of vehicles for disposal: Complete basic condition report checklist, verify equipment and parts such as spare keys are complete, coordinate repairs or maintenance with Fleet Manager/Fleet Coordinator if necessary
- Assist with accident reporting and subrogation tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment
- Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience working in fleet department Preferred but not required
- Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work part time hours of 20 hours per week: 8-12PM M-F
