Job Description:
Our banking client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to assist new colleague\\contractors with initial login and system access, escalate priority support issues to senior staff and or corporate technology groups. In addition, you will prioritize and schedule work as necessary to maintain department service level agreements, enhances team productivity by helping others, and update and maintain tickets in a timely fashion.

Required Skills:
- 5 years of PC/laptop hardware experience
- 3 years of Customer Services
- 3 years printer experience
- 3 year supporting users in a remote/help desk environment
- 3 years support Windows 7/10 in a corporate environment
- 3 years MS O365 support experience
- A certification preferred, but not required
