Conti Communications is looking for a full-time VIP & Events Assistant, reporting to the VIP & Events Manager. Conti Communications is a brand and culture communications agency based in New York, with an office in Paris, France. Founded in 2019, we work hand in hand in innovative brands and creatives to delivery their messages through editorial press, events, ambassadors, collaborations and partnerships. Our clients span across the fashion, lifestyle, beauty and luxury sectors in both the United States and Europe.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is driven, extremely detail-oriented, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous PR experience is strongly preferred, but not a must. Applicants must be able to work with autonomy once a task has been assigned, as some work may be assigned for them to complete independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily social media tracking and logging
- Updating contact lists
- Assisting with gifting initiatives
- Managing daily reporting
- Preparing call agendas, sending calendar invites, and keeping minutes for all internal meetings
- Event management
