JOB SUMMARY

A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Accountable for building a team of product experts focused on exceptional customer service
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and maintain staff, while possessing a strong working knowledge of financial reports and aptitude for achieving company goals.
• Execute company financial and merchandise plans
• Ability to clearly communicate expectations and goals to the store staff
• Provide consistent training and coaching to develop team staff knowledge, abilities, and skills
• Participate in commercial sales activities developing and maintaining new accounts
• Install large and small batteries, and components in various devices
• Maintain and manage accurate inventory levels
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Hire, train, and oversee new staff.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must have 2-3 years’ retail management experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment which requires detailed work and precision
• Must be able to work with customers, being attentive to their needs, yet maintaining composure in high stress situations
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
