ABOUT US:
Continental Hardware is a dynamic and innovative cabinet hardware company with a strong presence in the retail sector specializing in kitchen and bath hardware. As we continue to expand our retail operations and digital marketing efforts, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales and Marketing Support team member.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a E-commerce Sales and Marketing Support team member, you will play a pivotal role in managing the multifaceted tasks involved in supporting our e-commerce operations and digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining marketing calendars, coordinating, and executing digital marketing campaigns with our retail partners and on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), managing product listings on various platforms, and addressing daily tasks that arise in the dynamic world of retail. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, manage time-sensitive projects, and maintain an organized approach will be key to your success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and execute a detailed marketing calendar with deadlines for promotional templates, sponsored products, and marketing campaigns across major accounts.
- Coordinate the loading of products on retailer portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings.
- Regular reviews of product information, images, and descriptions.
- Address and resolve daily tasks and requests and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and campaign plans.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for in-store launches, visits, and meetings with retail partners.
- Coordinate time-sensitive promotions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Gather sales data from various sources, including, but not limited to, Sage 360, Amazon, Wayfair and other partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Office 365, particularly Excel
- Experience with Sage or other ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and E-commerce partners.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using software tools, including spreadsheets and project management platforms such as Monday.com
- Analytical thinking to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Experience in E-commerce operations, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Background in interior design or digital design are encouraged.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree or like degree/experience required.
