What are the responsibilities and job description for the EMC Test Technician position at Continental?

Plan and manage EMC test execution based on schedules committed to customers.- Review and analyze EMC test plans and test procedures prior to test execution. Provide feedback as necessary for a successful test execution.
- Perform EMC/Electrical testing for various products.
- Perform verification and prove out of EMC test setups according to specification requirements.
- Document EMC test setups/results and author test reports.
- Support customers with analysis of EMC test results.
- Assist with equipment calibration, maintenance, and lab accreditation.
- Develop new EMC test capabilities.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the highest quality of testing.
Basic Qualifications:
- Able to learn and work independently under tight project schedules.
- Excellent team player with good communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft office tools.
- TILE software experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree in electronics or related discipline.
- EMC testing in the automotive product testing environment.
- EMC Testing experience with Ford, GM, and Stellantis specifications.
