Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls on leads generated from the marketing division or independently generate B2B leads.
- Leverage marketing campaigns to develop leads and meet sales quotas.
Digital Marketing:
- Build modern and captivating landing pages on Mailchimp to enhance online presence and engagement.
Event Participation:
- Attend tradeshows or conferences, representing the company and following up on business leads from events.
- Must have a passport for international travel.
Innovative Thinking:
- Apply creative thinking to enhance the B2B Division's experience, particularly in the consumer electronics or toy industry.
Proven Leader in Marketing-Driven Lead Development:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a background in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Strong communication skills are essential to cultivate relationships with customers, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring excellent after-sales service. Strategic Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Market Analysis:
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform and refine sales strategies.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Sales Presentations:
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
Technology Utilization:
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate insightful reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and outside sales, preferably in the toy or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong analytical abilities to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with technology sales and understanding of industry-specific products/services.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
