Spa Manager Job Description
Contour Spa in Houston is looking for a Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operations for two of our locations: The Woodlands and Katy. Our Spa Managers are responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day spa operations. You will oversee all spa services, including scheduling, sales, service, and maintenance. You will also ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures. Our Spa Managers are responsible for leading by example and working with other Spa Managers to ensure that the spa is running smoothly and efficiently.
Essential Duties:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day spa operations
- Oversee daily spa services including service scheduling, sales, service, and maintenance
- Making sure the team is reaching conversion and sales targets weekly/monthly
- Ensure that staff members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Lead by example and manage staff in a positive way to ensure high quality customer service
- Work with other Spa Managers to ensure that the spa is running smoothly and efficiently
- Provide feedback on spa services and scheduling to clients in a timely manner
- Ensure that all clients receive a 5-Star experience

- We are looking for someone to join our fast growing team. We are looking to bring in someone who is comfortable working directly with clients in a spa environment. Training is provided. Sales experience is required.

- Recommend other services to clients based off their needs
